About Alex King
- A real estate professional since 2011 and a third-generation Southwest Florida (SWFL) resident, Alex King knows everything there is to know about SWFL’s Real Estate market and lifestyle. In addition to being well-versed in NEW Construction, buying and selling single-family homes, multifamily and income properties, fixer-uppers, and foreclosures, he is also a resource for his clients on an array of topics — like insurance, boating access, short-term rentals, pet-friendly rules, and homeowners associations. - In his free time, Alex and his wife, Nina, enjoy Florida’s cultural offerings — attending shows, concerts, restaurants, and shops. Alex and Nina are also active in local charity efforts, and their passion for inspiring and assisting organizations led them to create the King Family Foundation in 2020. They’re also dedicated to keeping Southwest Florida’s water clean and support Friends of Lovers Key and Captains for Clean Water.
