As a graduate of Arizona State University, Joe Bourland has called Arizona home since 1997. Joe's love for real estate and investing started shortly thereafter as he quickly learned how building wealth in real estate is attainable at any age.

When the real estate market crashed in 2008, Joe quickly pivoted to working with short sales, foreclosures and REO's. He used what he learned during this phase to start The Bourland Real Estate Team and has been in the top 1% of agents nationally year after year.  Joe has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, countless real estate podcasts, is a repeat speaker on real estate mastery panels and has served as a director of the local Board of REALTORS.

When not working, Joe enjoys spending time with his two adult sons, traveling with his wife and attending local industry events. Joe has a passion for the Ronald McDonald house in Phoenix and Los Angeles and donates a portion of each commission to The Children's Miracle Network.
