She attended college in Santa Barbara where her focus was as a PreMed Major and a surfing minor… The beauty and comfort of Northern California called her back and there Dionne attended college in Sacramento. Dionne joined the Water Ski team at CSUS and throughout her college years, spent every possible weekend in Truckee; snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, golfing and boating. Dionne moved to Truckee with her daughter in 2004 and they love their life here.
