John Maseredjian is the Vice President of JohnHart Real Estate and has been an integral part of the company since it’s inception. During his tenure John has overseen nearly every department at the firm, and has played a major role in creating the foundation that the company now sits upon. John is also the Brokerage Partner with Zillow and heads Zillow Offers Los Angeles, where they have helped nearly 1,000 families buy or sell in the first year of the partnership.
Adept at working with technology, John has led the way with regards to system architecture - creating, designing, or customizing most of the platforms that the company uses to this day. Whether it’s the Salesforce CRM Integration that manages the thousands of transactions the firm closes yearly, the scheduling software the field team uses to visit properties, or JohnHart’s proprietary CRM “SWARM” that handles relationships with hundreds of thousands of clients, John has had a very heavy hand in all of it.
In the early days John launched and led the marketing department, creating some of the pieces that have had the highest impact and return for the firm to date. In fact, copy originally written by John can still be found in pieces in rotation today. Leveraging his relationships, John also launched the social media department and had the firm running well placed ads years before their competitors - expediting brand awareness for the then young firm.
One of John’s favorite responsibilities is working with the agents. Whether training, advising, or problem solving, he loves interfacing with JohnHart agents – many of whom he has had a hand in recruiting personally.
Previously working at a law firm that helped distressed homeowners, helped John to learn the "ins and outs" of negotiating. Prior to working at the law firm, John worked for an international public relations firm, in their Shanghai, China location. It was here that he learned how to assess a company based on its industry/market, competitors, weaknesses, and strengths; a skill which he uses on a daily basis in his efforts to further JohnHart.
At present John is focusing on the future of JohnHart. Expanding critical relationships with major players in the industry and moving the needle in terms of revenue and volume growth.
