With the change in name it was also time for a change in location, so became Berkshire Hathaway HomeSerivces Redwood Realty in Eureka. In 2025 Karen Founded Redwood Realty. Karen is a consistent top producing real estate agent of Humboldt County. Karen is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Humboldt County Association of Realtors and serves on the Housing Opportunity Committee for the local board. She also is an Accredited Buyer Representative. Her knowledge of the local area and experience of Real Estate is an asset for all Buyers and Sellers.
Karen's favorite charity is Big Brothers Big Sisters and hosts an annual fundraiser for B.B.B.S. every November. Karen's hobbies include gourmet food and wine, gardening, motorcycling and hiking the beautiful trails of the north coast.
