Shaina was born in Sioux Falls but spent most of her childhood in Santa Rosa, California. Visiting often throughout her youth, she moved back permanently in 2011 to return to her roots and attend South Dakota State University. Shaina dedicated her time to being an active and loving teacher for the last 6 years in the Harrisburg School District. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she will use daily in real estate negotiations and educating home buyers and sellers in one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Shaina, and her husband Jeremy, bought their first home in 2016. It was then that Shaina recognized her eye for design and renovation. With the expansion of their family, 2 short years later, they settled into a more spacious and accommodating home. It has become a family affair, including their two young children, to build, construct and design. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge while helping her clients find the home of their dreams!
