Born and raised in San Jose, Spencer Hsu has resided in the California Bay Area for over 36 years. Combining his local knowledge with an analytical mindset developed during his prior career in the tech industry, he has climbed into the top 1% of Realtors in the Bay in record-breaking time.

Spencer currently ranks in the top 1.49% of real estate agents in the United States. In 2022, he helped 80 families buy and sell homes in deals totalling $80MM. Earning his MBA at Santa Clara University taught Spencer to employ business strategy to navigate the real estate market. By analyzing numbers and situations to make calculated decisions, he educates his clients and ensures they receive the best possible outcomes in their transactions.

When he’s not facilitating transactions, you can find him following the classic work hard, play hard mantra. Whether traversing the world with his amazing wife or frequenting some of the Bay Area’s finest restaurants, he lives life to the fullest. In a nod to his tech roots, he loves learning about new technology and tries to incorporate it into his business and personal life.
